About the BIDUA A5 — Homestay Capsule
The BIDUA A5 is a 31.4 m² prefabricated capsule house from our A Series — modern homestay. With an overall footprint of 9500×3300×3300 mm it comfortably sleeps 2–4 guests.
Unlike site-built rooms, the A5 is finished at the factory and placed on a prepared foundation. It weighs about 7 tons and is designed as a relocatable hospitality asset.

Galvanized steel chassis
Hurricane-grade welded frame with a 20+ year structural service life — the load-bearing shell of the unit.
Insulated shell + LOW-E glazing
Fluorocarbon-painted aluminium skin over ≥50 mm PU insulation, with hollow LOW-E laminated glass for all-season comfort.
Finished interior
Aluminium / bamboo-charcoal fiberboard panelling, flooring build-up and ceiling — a habitable, move-in interior, not a bare shell.
Wet core roughed-in
Bathroom/washroom plumbing rough-in with fittings, plus 230 V electrical wiring and points throughout the unit.
