Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all website use, enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, product supply, delivery, installation, support and related services provided by BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd under the BIDUA Pods brand.

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making payment or accepting delivery, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions along with the applicable quotation, invoice, warranty terms and Return Policy.

BIDUA Pods supplies sleeping pods, capsule beds, pod accessories, add-ons and related project services for hotels, hostels, airports, hospitals, corporate offices, homestays, commercial spaces and other use cases.

Products may be sourced, imported, manufactured, assembled or customised through BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd, its approved vendors, manufacturing partners, import partners or installation partners in India and overseas. Product origin, series and specifications may vary by quotation and availability.

Product photos, renders, videos, catalogue material and website content are for general reference. Actual finish, colour, texture, accessories, components or specifications may vary depending on selected model, production batch, vendor availability and agreed order configuration.

Website prices, catalogue prices and indicative pricing are for reference only unless confirmed in a formal quotation or invoice. Final pricing may vary based on product series, quantity, customisation, GST, freight, packaging, installation, site location, currency fluctuation, import duty, vendor revision and project requirements.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, prices exclude GST, freight, unloading, civil work, electrical work, site preparation, permits, local approvals, storage, accommodation, travel, special equipment and third-party charges.

For imported products, indicative product prices may include product cost, international freight, customs/import duty and landing cost up to Chennai port or BIDUA Pods India warehouse. Transport from Chennai port or warehouse to the buyer destination is not included unless stated in writing and is charged separately at actuals based on destination, vehicle size, route and freight availability.

A quotation is valid only for the period mentioned in that quotation. If no validity period is stated, BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd may revise or withdraw the quotation at any time before order confirmation.

An order is confirmed when the buyer accepts a quotation, issues a purchase order, pays an advance, makes full payment, signs an order confirmation or otherwise gives written approval to proceed.

After order confirmation, BIDUA Pods may begin procurement, manufacturing allocation, import planning, customisation, packaging, logistics coordination and installation scheduling. The order then becomes final and is governed by the Return Policy.

Buyer-side changes after order confirmation are not guaranteed. Any accepted change may require revised pricing, revised delivery timelines, additional charges or written approval from BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd.

BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd accepts 100% advance payment only. No partial, milestone, post-dispatch, post-delivery or credit-period payments are accepted for any product order regardless of order value, customer category or relationship history.

Reason for 100% advance: BIDUA is an importer / re-seller of premium capsule pods sourced directly from the overseas manufacturer. We are required to pay the manufacturer 100% upfront in foreign currency at order confirmation; this commercial reality is passed through to the buyer.

Production, procurement, import booking, manufacturing slot allocation, customisation, packaging and logistics coordination begin only after the full payable amount is received in BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd's bank account and reflected against the proforma invoice number.

Payment may be made by NEFT / RTGS / IMPS bank transfer using the bank details published on each proforma invoice and on the /payment page, or by online payment (UPI / cards / netbanking) via Cashfree or Razorpay against an issued proforma.

BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd may withhold procurement, dispatch, delivery, installation, documentation or handover until the full advance is received and cleared. Delayed payment may result in revised pricing, cancellation of the reserved production / import slot or suspension of the order.

BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd is a GST-registered company and issues GST invoices where applicable. GST rate, HSN/SAC classification and invoice treatment will follow applicable Indian tax laws and order details.

The buyer is responsible for providing correct legal name, GSTIN, billing address, shipping address, contact details and any compliance documents required for invoicing, e-way bill, logistics or installation.

Input Tax Credit eligibility is the buyer's responsibility and depends on applicable law, buyer status and GST compliance. BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd is not responsible for denial of ITC due to buyer-side data errors, delayed information or statutory restrictions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedule, vendor availability, import timelines, customs, transporter delays, weather, strikes, government restrictions, route conditions, payment delay or site readiness issues.

For imported products, international import transit to India is typically around 60 days and may already be included in the quoted product price where expressly mentioned. After goods arrive at Chennai port or BIDUA Pods India warehouse, inland transport to the buyer site is arranged or billed separately at actuals unless expressly included in writing.

Freight, unloading, local handling, storage, special equipment, crane/forklift requirement, road permit, entry permission and access coordination are buyer responsibilities unless expressly included in writing.

Risk of visible transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos, videos and delivery-note remarks. Failure to report visible issues within this period may be treated as acceptance of goods in delivered condition.

The buyer must ensure site readiness before installation, including clear access, floor strength, level flooring, electrical points, ventilation, lighting, permissions, lift/stair access, safe work area and coordination with other contractors.

BIDUA Pods installation scope is limited to the agreed pod installation work. Civil work, flooring, HVAC, fire approval, electrical panel work, plumbing, interior design, licensing and statutory permissions are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

If the site is not ready or access is restricted, additional charges may apply for storage, technician waiting, repeat visit, travel, labour, rescheduling or logistics.

All confirmed orders are final. BIDUA Pods does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations after order placement because products are commercial, project-based, customised, sourced, reserved or manufactured specifically for the buyer.

Warranty is provided only on the Made-in-India FRP / Platinum series manufactured at BIDUA's India facility. Imported pods (GALAXY, COSMOS, ABS Flagship, Wooden, E-Sports, BACK TO FUTURE, EXPLORE THE WORLD and any other imported series) are sold without warranty on a landed-India, sold-as-is basis.

For Made-in-India units, standard warranty includes 12-month structural coverage on shell + frame and 6-month coverage on eligible electronics (LED panel, ventilation fans), subject to the applicable order documentation.

Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repair, modification, incorrect electrical supply, water exposure, physical damage, consumables, cosmetic wear, improper maintenance, third-party installation interference or use outside recommended operating conditions.

Extended Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available on request for Made-in-India units only.

All website content, product names, branding, images, layouts, catalogue material, text, graphics and design elements are owned by or licensed to BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, scraped, republished, modified, distributed or used for competing commercial purposes without written permission from BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business-loss damages including loss of revenue, loss of booking, loss of profit, delay damages, financing cost, licence delay, site rent or third-party claims.

BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, freight and third-party charges, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, war, strike, transport disruption, import restriction, customs delay, government action, vendor shutdown, power disruption, fire, accident or shortage of materials.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts and competent forums at Noida, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, quotations, orders, payments, delivery, installation or services.
